Privacy Policy
Effective date:
Flyntech (Ivan Benko, sole proprietor, Croatia; hereinafter "Flyntech", "we", "us") operates www.flyntech.hr. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
What We Collect
Infrastructure and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically processes standard HTTP request metadata, including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, requested URLs, and HTTP referrers, to provide and secure the hosting infrastructure. This processing is inherent to operating any website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name and surname, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not stored in a database, and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Spam prevention: Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting CAPTCHA service, to prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile analyses browser signals to determine whether a submission is from a human or a bot. It does not require solving puzzles or identifying images. Turnstile may set a cf_clearance cookie after a security challenge; this cookie is technically necessary for the form to function and carries no tracking or profiling purpose. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie that may be present is cf_clearance, set by Cloudflare Turnstile upon successful completion of the contact form challenge. This cookie expires automatically and is strictly limited to its security function.
